It was good to once more work out at the old studio, with the new carpet, not to mention I am done halfway through the challenge. I feel good physically and still don't feel a reluctance to get up at 4AM. I have occasional sprains once in a while bit nothing that a couple of motrins and some rest won't cure. I also don't feel sleepy or tired early in the morning. In fact, I feel good overall. Let's hope the streak continues for the rest of the 30 days.
